Our office hours are 8:00 am – 7:00 pm EST, Monday –
Friday. Our aim is to respond to each client’s request for
assistance within two (2) hours. And, we strive to offer thorough
and accurate responses for the DSI suite of software.
DSI uses a call management system to track each support incident.
When a client submits a request for support, a call record is opened
and assigned to one of DSI’s experienced support representatives.
The call record contains specific data about the support incident
and details about the nature of the call. DSI provides the client
with a call record locator number in the event that a call back
is required. The call management system also contains an answer
book. It is a knowledgebase that contains confirmed resolutions
for problems, questions and issues previously submitted.
