DSI’s WebCirc software provides secure, functional access to DSI’s Circulation business system using a web browser. From a subscriber vacation stop/start or statement review to a wide range of customer, carrier or district manager interactions, DSI/WebCirc is backed with tight security and safety features.

Key features of DSI/WebCirc’s subscriber portal include the ability to enter new subscriber starts, review account history and a recent bill, submit vacation requests and NIE donations, report delivery issues and enter payments using a variety of methods including credit/debit cards, bank drafts and Easy Pay. The subscriber portal also includes retail locator maps to help customers find a single copy outlet.

Key features of DSI/WebCirc’s carrier/dealer portal include the ability to review account & draw history, display a recent bill, submit returns and draw changes, and display/map and print delivery lists.
