1) New orders acquired by solicitors (Kiosk, Crew, Carrier, and Telephone Sales) can be entered individually into a web page or uploaded en masse.

2) The order information is transferred via the Internet and automatically placed in an import batch that resides within the DSI/Circulation system.

3) The order information is verified automatically against your custom business rules and flagged as "Good," "Rejected / No Edit," or "Allow Solicitor Update."

4) Orders flagged as "Good" can be posted incrementally by your administrator, resulting in the creation of a subscriber account and start transaction.

5) Orders that require correction are returned to solicitors to be fixed and resubmitted for processing.

The DSI application keeps track of the order status and provides order statistics to both management and solicitors.
